Bring AgentIntel’s market intelligence into ChatGPT Desktop. Connect your account, then ask about your market in plain language.
You need a ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Edu plan. Free is not supported.
In Business and Enterprise workspaces, a workspace admin must enable custom connectors before you can add AgentIntel.
You also need an active AgentIntel subscription or trial. Your existing account access determines which data and tools are available; connecting ChatGPT does not add MLS access.
In ChatGPT Desktop, open Settings → Security and login → Developer mode and turn it on.
Open Plugins → + (add). Name the connection AgentIntel and add a description such as Real estate market intelligence. Under Connection, paste the MCP server URL https://mcp.agentintel.co and create the connection. No API key is needed.

Start a new chat and select AgentIntel from the tools menu. Try asking: How has inventory changed in Austin, Texas?

The consent screen names the app requesting access and shows where you’ll return after approval. Allow lets it use the markets, data, and report tools already available to your AgentIntel account. It does not add permissions or change what your account can see. Choose Deny if you do not want to connect.
If you have MLS access and have not already attested, a required checkbox asks you to confirm:
I have my MLS's permission to use its listing and agent data through an AI assistant, and I am responsible for my use.
Only check it if this is true for you. The attestation records your confirmation; it does not grant MLS permission. If you do not have MLS access, this checkbox is not shown.
Check that AgentIntel appears in Plugins in the same ChatGPT account and workspace you used during setup. Open a new conversation and select AgentIntel from the tools menu. If it is still missing, confirm your plan and workspace permissions above, then remove the connection and add it again.
Sign in to AgentIntel directly first and confirm you are using the intended account. Restart the connection from ChatGPT and finish the consent screen, including the attestation if shown. If the loop continues, revoke access and reconnect using the steps below.
Listing and agent tools require verified MLS access on your AgentIntel account. AgentIntel Core includes national market intelligence, but connecting ChatGPT does not unlock MLS data. After your MLS access is verified, refresh the connection in Plugins and start a new chat.
This message means your AgentIntel subscription is inactive. Open your account page to manage it, then try your request again once access is active.
Manage your AgentIntel subscriptionIn AgentIntel, open Integrations → Connected apps → Revoke access for the ChatGPT connection. Remove the connection from ChatGPT’s Plugins, then follow the setup steps above to add it again and approve access. Revoking access stops that app from using your AgentIntel account until you approve it again.
