Connect AgentIntel to ChatGPT

Bring your market intelligence into ChatGPT. Connect your account, then turn a question into a client-ready report.

Troubleshooting

Connect in a few steps.

Have your AgentIntel account ready, with an active subscription or trial.

  1. 1. Open Plugins in ChatGPT

    • Sign in to ChatGPT in your browser.
    • Open Plugins using the button below.

  2. 2. Create a custom MCP server

    Choose Add → Create custom MCP server.

  3. 3. Enter the AgentIntel details

    • Enter AgentIntel in the Name field.
    • Enter https://mcp.agentintel.co in the Connection field.
    • Leave Authentication set to OAuth; no API key is needed.
    • Review the risk warning and select I understand and want to continue.
    • Choose Create as a plugin.

  4. 4. Continue to AgentIntel

    ChatGPT asks to connect AgentIntel. Choose Continue to AgentIntel, then sign in to your existing AgentIntel account.

  5. 5. Authorize AgentIntel

    Read the required checkbox and select it only if the statement is true for you, then choose Allow. This is required for every new authorization.

  6. 6. Switch from Chat to Work

    • Return to the ChatGPT home page. Switch from Chat to Work at the top.
    • Start a new Work chat.
    • Type @ in the prompt box and select AgentIntel.
    • Ask: How’s inventory in Barton Hills — build me a report.

Troubleshooting

Sign-in keeps looping

Sign in to AgentIntel directly in the same browser first. Restart the connection, complete the required checkbox only if its statement is true for you, and select Allow.

AgentIntel isn’t available in your conversation

Return to Plugins and finish connecting AgentIntel. Use the same ChatGPT account and workspace, then select AgentIntel in a new Work chat.

Data access or subscription problems

Listing and agent tools require verified MLS access. Connecting an assistant does not add that access. If your subscription is inactive, manage it on your account page. For upgrade or access issues, contact support.

Revoke access and reconnect

In AgentIntel, open Integrations → Connected apps → Revoke access. Remove the connection in ChatGPT, then follow the steps above to connect again. Each new authorization requires the checkbox again.
